Custom-Ordering Process 

1. Please contact us to discuss your needs and what you'd like.

2. We will then book a time to chat with you and make sure we've got what you need accurately

3. We send an invoice/estimated total cost including shipping.

4. Once invoice is approved we will send a pdf proof of your customized piece (for invitation cards) or a sketch for your hats/fascinators. 

5. 50% of the total amount must be paid before we can start working on your piece. We require deposit to avoid any cancellations. 

6. Once deposit is received, we will go ahead and work on it. For custom-made hats, please allow up to 15 business days to ship and for custom invitation cards, at least 10 business days to ship. Please Note: For Invitation cards, minimum order quantity is 50
